Set up Your Amazon Signage Stick

Select your content management system provider and enroll the device to your account

Basic Requirements

To start, ensure you've followed how to connect your device to your screen and have the following ready:

  • An Amazon account, including your email address or phone number and password
  • A mobile device or computer connected to the internet
  • An internet connection, including your Wi-Fi name and password

Connect to Wi-Fi

      1. To pair your remote, press and hold the Home https://m.media-amazon.com/images/G/01/support_images/GUID-C09D2CA8-0F83-43AF-AE64-74500835A5C0=3=en-US=Normal.svg button until "Press Play Pause button to start" appears on-screen (about 10 seconds).

      2. Select your preferred language.

      3. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your password. If you're having trouble finding your network, follow the troubleshooting steps.

      4. When the pairing code appears on screen, navigate to console.signage.amazon.com to complete setup.

Pair Your Device

      1. Navigate to console.signage.amazon.com and login with your Amazon email or phone number and password.

      2. If logging in for the first time, follow the onscreen prompts to enter the pairing code shown your Signage Stick screen. To add additional devices, visit How to Add and Manage Devices.

      3. Select your preferred content management software from the drop down box.
           Note: your selected content management software may require a subscription to use.

Complete your Content Management Software Setup

      1. The device will automatically check for updates and install your selected content management application.

      2. Once installed, your selected content management application may ask for additional permissions or preferences. Use your paired remote to provide these inputs.
