Troubleshoot: Can't Connect Your Signage Device to WiFi During Set up
Try these troubleshooting steps if you can't connect to WiFi, can't find your network, or you see "Network connection has been lost"
Note: Have your WiFi password and network name ready. If you can't find your password, go to Locate Your WiFi Password for more help.
If you're having WiFi connection issues after setup, go to change WiFi networks on your Signage Stick.
Try to connect to your WiFi network between each step:
- If you don't see your network listed, press the Back
button on your Amazon remote to refresh the network list.
- Restart your Signage device: unplug the power adapter, wait 1 minute, and then plug it back in.
- Restart your modem and router. If possible, move your Signage device and router closer to each other. To restart your network devices:
- Unplug your modem and router and then wait 1 minute.
- Plug in your modem first and wait for the lights to turn on and for it to connect to the internet (about 1 minute).
- Plug in your router and wait for the lights to turn on and for it to connect to the internet (about 1 minute).
- If possible, connect your Signage device to Ethernet using a dedicated adapter.
