Troubleshoot: Set up Issues
If setting up your device doesn't go as expected, here are a few suggestions:
- If your remote doesn't pair automatically, press the Home
button until "Press
to start" appears on-screen (about 10 seconds). You can find more troubleshooting in Can't Pair Your Amazon Remote During Setup.
- If you can't find your network or connect to Wi-Fi, you can find more troubleshooting available in Can't Connect Your Device to Wi-Fi During Setup.
- Note: Hidden networks are not supported.
- If you get a login error or have forgotten your Amazon account password when logging in to the Signage portal, you can reset your password. Go to Forgot Your Password.
- If you're having issues with your Wi-Fi password, contact your internet service provider.
- If your device is powering off unexpectedly, use the provided power adapter and cable.
- Note: Not all displays support USB power
