Q: Why does the App show my Signage Stick is online but the screen it’s connected to still shows "installing"?

A: The App will show a Signage Stick as online as soon as an internet connection is established. The Signage Stick may need to update its firmware and reboot as well as download and install the CMS application. Depending on network conditions, this can take 10 minutes or more.
