Q: Why aren’t my Signage Stick(s) being discovered during a scan?

A: There are a couple of causes that could lead to Signage Sticks not being discovered including your Mobile device being out of the Signage Stick’s Bluetooth range. Keep your device within 10 feet of the Signage Stick. If that doesn't work, try powering the Signage Stick off and on. Wait for the Signage Stick to fully restart before rescanning.
