Q: When I try launching the Virtual Remote I get an OTA Required message. What should I do?

A: The current version of Signage Stick’s firmware requires an update. As long as the Stick is online, it will automatically update between 2AM~5AM local time. Please make sure your stick is powered on during this time. Depending on network usage and other environmental factors, this can sometimes take up to 10 minutes. If you still see this message after waiting, please contact support.
