Q: What is a Virtual Remote?

A: Once a Signage Stick is set up, the Virtual Remote behaves the same way a physical remote does. You can launch the Signage Stick’s Operating System settings menu, reboot or factory reset the Signage Stick. Note, if you launch the Virtual Remote when your mobile device is not within Signage Stick’s Bluetooth range, you’ll see a "Not Connected" message displayed. Launching the Settings menu only works when the remote is connected over Bluetooth. However, you can still reset / reboot as long as your mobile device has an internet connection.
